Pegasus Care is a privately owned Australian HR Consulting company that specialise in casual & permanent staffing solutions for the Community Services Sector in Western Sydney, & in Hunter Newcastle region.
We place great importance on being able to provide trained support staff in a timely manner, with cost effective solutions in all aspects of service delivery.

For the last 23 years we have supported and continue to partner with the Government, Not-for-Profit and Private Organisations within the Disability, Mental Health, Youth, Children, NDIS sectors as well as Crisis accommodation.

Our recruitment team has a diverse range of experience and qualifications in the
Community Services Sector which includes Social Work, Psychology, Consulting,
Training and Recruitment, HR Management, Business Manager and Disability
Support Co-ordination. Our team are well acquainted with the skills that are
essential with the often sensitive requirements of your clients.
